In A World Without Light...
Light, A Dark Comedy
Follow the Journey of Light:
Past, Present, and......Future!
11-year-old Moth lives in a world of darkness. Here, nobody remembers there once was a sun. Folks are too tired to notice the odd and sinister workings of their steam punk city.
But when Moth’s mother is overcome by “The Sleep,” Moth is forced to unplug from the world she knows to set off for the Slumberyards. On this magical theatrical journey, she unexpectedly finds a host of lost misfits who, together, save the day.
In 2014, Light, A Dark Comedy was born in a New Victory Theater Labworks Residency (above). In 2016, Triskelion Arts presented a developmental run for four weekends (below).
